Manoir IV
720 Boulevard Montpellier
Saint-Laurent, Québec, Canada H4L 5B5

Manoir IV was built in 1980-1981 and was registered in Montreal in 1981. Its structure is entirely in precast concrete. From its beginning, its vocation was to be a building of dwellings in co-ownership. It currently comprises 185 dwellings over 16 floors. A few of the dwellings are rented out by their co-owners but the vast majority of them are inhabited by their co-owners.

Located in the heart of Saint-Laurent, the residence of a family atmosphere is set in a peaceful environment, secure and distinguished, offering a warm atmosphere through participatory community living and thanks to its administrators and employees who are all competent and devoted to their tasks.

A multitude of services and amenities are offered to the residents: an exercise room, an indoor swimming pool, a SPA, a recreation room and a large reception hall where families and friends can gather.

The administrators hope that the information provided in this site will help you better understand, appreciate the community aspects of life in a co-ownership, to respect and abide by the rules and regulations indicated in our Declaration of co-ownership. You will find all the basic information useful to meet your needs or find answers to various questions regarding general aspects of life in Manoir IV. For example, it will better inform you on the contents of the Declaration of co-ownership which conforms to the articles prescribed in chapter 3 of the Quebec Civil Code on Condominiums. It defines the destination of the building, describes the ownership fractions and establishes the regulations governing the daily operation of the co-ownership.

The administrators and employees seek to provide the co-owners and residents with the highest quality of life and the support necessary to preserve the pleasure of living in a family atmosphere and to use the privileged places of socialization.

Manoir IV wishes you the most cordial welcome.
