PARKING
To park at Manoir IV, you must contact the administration to get the stickers and cards applicable to your situation:
Residents’ Vehicules
- Sticker – maximum of two (2) stickers – for the inside parking and the back outside parking lot.
- Red « mirror hanger » resident card for a 3rd vehicule for the same apartment.
Visitors’ Vehicules
- Green « mirror hanger » visitor card – five (5) cards free per aparrtment – additional cards available at a cost of $10 each.
INSIDE PARKING The inside parking space that is available to you is linked to your apartment. Your vehicule must have parking sticker to park there. For co-owners who have two vehicules, two sticker may be issued, allowing either car to park in the inside parking. If your car is being repaired and you have a courtesy car, YOU MUST ADVISE THE ADMINISTRATION who will issue a temporary parking permit to park this car in the inside parking. You may RENT YOUR PARKING SPACE if you do not use it. You may place an add on the posting board in the mailbox room in the main hall. YOU MUST ADVISE THE ADMINISTRATION when you rent your space and complete the required form. It is forbidden to rent these parking spaces to persons who do not reside at Manoir IV. If this should occur, the administration will disable the garage door opener of the resident at fault and may have the car parked illegally if necessary. If you wish to exchange your parking space with another co-owner, YOU MUST CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATION to complete the required document for the register. LEVEL SS1 CAR-WASH AREA We remind you that the car-wash is FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE RESIDENTS of Manoir IV. You cannot invite your friends to come wash their car at Manoir IV, we are not a public car-wash facility. If this rule is not respected, the administration will disable the garage door opener of the resident at fault and a penalty for non-respect of the rule will be applied.
OUTSIDE PARKING There are two outside parkings, one at the front of the building and one at the back, for the visitors and for the residents. Each apartment may get five (5) green « miror hanger » cards for visitors; additional cards may be purchased at a cost of $10 each. These cards must obligatorily be displayed in a visible way in the visitors’ vehicules. Any visitor vehicule parked in our parking lots with a card will be towed at the owner’s expense. Front Outside Parking Lot This parking lot is STRICTLY RESERVED FOR VISITORS. Residents are strictly forbidden from parking their vehicule with a sticker or a red “mirror hanger” resident card in this parking lot; residents may park their vehicule in the back outside parking lot. We ask that you do not give visitor parking cards to residents of neighboring buildings. Any vehicule parked illegally in the front parking lot will be towed at the expense of the vehicule owner. Back Outside Parking Lot This parking lot may be used by residents and visitors. There are 10 parking spaces marked « Visitor » at the far end of the parking lot. Visitors must obligatorily park only in these spaces; if no space is available, they may not use the other spaces and must park in the front parking lot or on the street. Residents may park their vehicule in this parking lot. The vehicule must have a sticker (eg. : for a 2nd vehicule) or a red “mirror hanger” resident card, for a resident’s 3rd vehicule. Any additionnal vehicule for the same apartment may only park there with a “visitor” card, if visitor spaces are available. Residents’ vehicules so identified may also park in the « visitor » spaces if all other parking spaces are being used. Any vehicule parked illegally in the back parking lot will be towed at the expense of the vehicule owner.
WAITING AREA There are two (2) waiting areas in the roundabout in the front of the building. It is for temporary parking (10 minutes or less) for all vehicules. We ask you not to park directly in front of the main entrance of Manoir IV; this is a space for the circulation of cars and emergency or accommodation vehicules, such as firemen, police, ambulance and adapted transport.
APPLICATION OF THE RULES PERTAINING TO PARKING WE REMIND YOU THAT ANY VEHICULE PARKED AT MANOIR IV CONTRATY TO THE RULES PERTAINING TO PARKING WILL BE TOWED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VEHICULE OWNER.
